• Conducted new dancer lessons every year (200+ lessons) at the Wrong Way Squares. Many years, Mike conducted lessons at 1 or 2 other area clubs, also.
• Provided continued Plus Workshops to help build confidence in new dancers.
• Called annually at many area festivals, fairs, church demo's & private parties.
• Mike promoted the Wrong Way Squares through-out the Chicagoland Area. A number of Mystery Bus Trips have found there way to Hebron, IN. to dance to Mike's Calling.
• Mike's last dance at the Wrong Way Squares was May 12, 2007 attended by 16 squares from Indiana, Illinois & Michigan. All attendees commented how much they enjoyed the Great Night of Dancing!

Mike enjoyed bringing enthusiastic new dancers into the activity of square dancing. His approach of teaching and joking with new dancers proved to be very effective and beneficial to the greater square dance community. Hundreds of dancers are continuing to enjoy the fun activity.

Mike's contribution to the dance will be remembered for many years to come. We solute him for his accomplishments and offer our deepest condolences to his friends & family.

Mike will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
